*If payment is a concern, please contact your child's teacher, or Mrs.Lyon.

*Payment includes, all meals, snacks, transportation, and activities.


Forms:

Please fill out all forms and return to Mrs. Lyon in the given envelope.

Don't forget to have the YELLOW form notarized.


Medications:

All medications are due to by November 9th.

Please use the ORANGE medical card to fill out any prescriptions and return in a Ziploc bag with the medication.

Please contact Nurse Robinson in the front office if you have medication questions.

Please go to the PISD website to get more information and FAQ answered. We hope that your child will be able to attend Collin County Adventure Camp. It is a wonderful outdoor learning experience.


**If your child does not attend Collin County Adventure Camp, then they will come to CAMP HAGGAR during the REGULAR school hours. They will attend the Outdoor Learning Center during the school day as a field trip.
