What wonderful weather to start Teacher Appreciation Week! Please join me in expressing gratitude to the most amazing staff of teachers, support personnel, specialists, counselors, and nurse! We know we are fortunate to have incredibly dedicated staff who are a great part of your children's lives. Students can show their appreciation with spirit week activities and questions of the day below. Thank you to the PTO and all families for planning additional treats for staff this week!

It was a beautiful day on Friday for live morning announcements from the roof! Check out some glimpses below of the result of raising more than $16,000 from our Color Run.

I will be on a brief medical leave beginning May 15th and anticipate being out of the office for a few weeks. I am happy to share that Ms. Jaime Maddon, current Assistant Principal at Neidig and Pfaff Elementary Schools, (and former RES teacher!) will be at Richland during my absence. Students, families, and staff will be in great hands! After this week, Ms. Maddon will be available in Richland's office and at jmaddon@qcsd.org.
