VIRTUAL ASE
Hip Hip Hooray! The Bell Graham PTO will be holding a virtual, scaled down version of ASE this February/March! We are excited to share a variety of different learning experiences for your BG Bobcats. All experiences will be virtual and some classes will have take-home kits to use during the online class. Offerings will happen after school hours.
But we need your help! First, consider joining the ASE planning committee to help out with organization and communication regarding all classes. We are also looking for parent volunteers to run some virtual experiences via Zoom (think virtual slime making, intro to a foreign language, tye-dye, craft or wreath making, Cookie decorating, etc) - similar to past years' parent volunteers, but done from your own home! We hope we could even have a parent supervisor run a class and use online free tutorials to help! The possibilities are endless! Time commitment can be minimal and flexible. Our next meeting is via Zoom on Wednesday, January 20th, at 9am.

Email kellyacameron@yahoo.com if you can't make the meeting and/or have interest in helping out.
ALSO - IF YOU KNOW (OR ARE) A LOCAL BUSINESS OR VENDOR THAT COULD PARTICIPATE - Please reach out to them and let them know that we are looking for local participation for our virtual ASE program this year. We would love to support our local community all while fundraising for Bell Graham! Contact kellyacameron@yahoo.com with any possibilities.
STAY TUNED at the end of the month for signups and a list of offerings. We are hoping to open enrollment in our virtual experiences on January 27th and will be utilizing our online store on Square (with a few exceptions). Classes will run from February 9th - mid March (subject to change). We are excited to still be able to offer our Bobcats some different educational experiences, even though we cannot be together in person throughout these winter months. Please let us know if you have any questions - kellyacameron@yahoo.com OR bgeblast@gmail.com.

MIDDLE SCHOOL TRANSFERS - REQUEST PERIOD OPEN FROM 2/1-2/26
Families who wish to submit a Middle School Transfer request may do so beginning February 1, 2021. Families must complete a separate form for each student they want to be transferred. Requests are granted based on space available. This means that siblings are not guaranteed placement. A written decision will be communicated to families before spring break.
Once the request is approved, a student may remain at that middle school throughout his or her middle school career, as long as the student resides in District 303.
Families of students granted permission to attend a school outside of their assigned attendance area are responsible for their own transportation.
Students will return to their assigned attendance area high school regardless of the middle school attended.
The Middle School Transfer request window will close at 4:00pm on February 26, 2021.
If you have questions, please contact Tammy Marsan at: 331-228-2397.
