Announcements
- Make up PD day - more information will be coming out by the end of the week. FYI whichever date you selected will be the one you get so you can make plans around those dates and times.
- Instructional Excellence - please have your spreadsheets up to date by Friday, March 9th. Also, notify us by March 9th if you will not be using some of your allocated hours so we can use them for others in the building.
LEAD INFO
EVERY WEEK
Students will complete their conference form every Monday during LEAD.
Students track progress of their goals in LEAD on Tuesdays.
Students will add any new celebrations to the Celebration Tabs on Tuesday.
Students will add any new roles to their leadership tab in LEAD on Tuesdays.

IMPORTANT DATES
End of Goal- Celebrations
March 6th - Celebrate within your class any students that reached their goal. This is up to the LEAD teacher. Teams may also do a celebration (talk with your Team leader)
March 7th - weekly drawing based on who was tracking. We will also have an overall drawing from all the weeks students have tracked (prizes for this are: 10 students will get a pizza for lunch on Friday and 3 teachers will get a pizza for lunch on Friday, March 9th
March 9th - School-wide Celebration will take place during lunch time (music and shamrock lollipop for all students for rocking their WIG tracking)

Create your new LEAD class personal wellness WIG: Gather baseline data by getting the percentage of students that tracked their goal during the prior 8 weeks. (x) Decide as a class on a goal of what percentage you would like to get to (y) in the next 8 weeks. (when) Determine which lead measure will help your class achieve your goal. Your goal and lead measures will be written on your LEAD class WIG chart that will be displayed outside classroom door. Each Monday and/or Tuesday, your class will track lead measures and scoreboard results. LEAD classes will track/scoreboard March 27 - May 15th.

- IPI informational meeting followed by All Team meeting - meet in the library after school
- Leadership Team meeting right after All Team in the library - everyone is welcome to attend.

Tuesday, March 6th
- Social Worker Appreciation day - show Debbie Burks and Chrysta Forrest how much we appreciate all she does for our students at WMS!
- IPI data collection day (information will be shared prior at the meeting on Monday)

- 6:45 AM - Lighthouse meeting in the team room - everyone is welcome to attend
