The Layout of Magic Kingdom

Once you enter The Magic Kingdom you'll first encounter Main Street U.S.A where you'll meet lots of different characters. Once your in the park if you go left you'll enter Adventureland. With things like The Magic Carpet Of Aladdin and the Jungle Cruise. If you go straight, you'll first see Cinderella's castle and then hit Libertysquare. If you go right you'll be in Tomorrowland. It has Space Mountain and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. If you go past Tomorrowland you'll then be at Fantasyland, which has the most things to do inside. And last if you chose to go left, then go past Adventureland and you'll then be at Frontierland. This is the western part of The Magic Kingdom with Splash Mountain, a "waterslide". Throughout these you'll see different characters and many places to stop and eat.

Employee's (Cast Members) at Magic Kingdom

If you work at Disney, your not an employee, your a cast member. The cast members must greet their guests with a smile and kindness. The characters around The Magic Kingdom are always interacting with guests. They'll talk to them and answer any questions they have. They'll take pictures and sign their books for them and allow them to ask whatever they want. Some ways that people have gotten fire would be if they don't interact with all the guests that come up, if they tell a guest they don't know, or if they're late to their spot over and over again.
