PRIMARY LEVEL ACTIVITIES (Grades K-3)
1.) Challenge yourself with this seven-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout for kids, including seven fun exercises.

2.) Check out this website to learn how to make different types of fidgets with various household items, including old t-shirts, paper, dice, or pipe cleaners.

3.) Draw your friend a picture, send them a joke, and/or a little note, and mail it to them the old-fashioned way! Ask them to write you back and send it in the mail, too. This keeps you in touch with your family and friends and puts the fun into waiting for the mail to come!
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ACTIVITIES (Grades 4-6)

3.) Play Favorite Things Charades by brainstorming a list of your favorite things, writing them down on notecards (or little slips of paper), and playing charades with family or friends online by choosing the cards and acting out what is on them.

MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL (GRADES 7-8)
