IT'S A BUSY WEEK -- MORE NOTES AND REMINDERS FOR MARCH 9TH -13TH
*TIME TO REPLENISH THE JOURNEY SUPPLIES: The overwhelming generosity of you, our SPES families, at Thanksgiving and Christmas helped us continue to help Catholic Services Center place families in new homes until this point. We still have some supplies but would appreciate any donations of the following items which can be dropped off at the Advancement House across from school anytime! For the next two weeks, we will be focusing on stocking up on the following cleaning items/trash cans: mop buckets, brooms, dust pans, kitchen trash cans, glass cleaner, bathroom trash cans, toilet brushes, toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner, If you would like to see the full list of needs, visit Resource Documents on RenWeb for the JOURNEY NEEDS LIST.
*TAX STATEMENTS FOR 2014 FISCAL YEAR: Don't forget that statements for tuition and/or Extended Care can be printed directly from your FACTS account. There is a feature that allows you to quickly and easily create a payment summary. Click on "View Printable Payments Summary" on your Payments tab. From there you can retrieve and print a summary of payment sof the year and any other specified time frame. Each payment summary is compiled bby student, term and sub-account. Each summary also includes the SPES Federal Tax ID number. Requests for Charitable Giving Statements for sponsorships, SPES Fund donations, etc. may be obtained by sending an e-mail request to Jamie Nelson-Hebert at jamie_hebert@stpiuselementary.org
*SAFE ENVIRONMENT CERTIFICATION CLASS: Blake Harson with St. Pius X Catholic Church will be conducting an Initial Safe Environment certification class on Tuesday, March 17th at 6 p.m. in the Parish Life Center. Participants can register online at www.stpiusxchurch.net or by calling the church office at 232-4656. SPES parents who would like to participate in spring field studies, Seder Meal or other end-of-year activities must be Safe Environment-certified. This is the last class that will be offered this spring so register NOW if you are not certified yet.
