Safety Information
Anyone picking up a child (early dismissal or afternoon dismissal) and all visitors MUST have their ID.
It is important that students learn how to be safe. During the first week of school classrooms will discuss and review our various safety protocols. Then, during the weeks of September 5th and September 12th we will hold our "Safety Weeks" where we will practice the different Standard Response Protocols including the Hold, Secure, Shelter, Lockdown, and Evacuate safety drills. Student friendly and age-appropriate language is used.
For more information about our emergency preparedness, please visit https://iloveuguys.org/The-Standard-Response-Protocol.html
Grades 3-5 Elementary Instrumental Music Program
This week your child had the opportunity to learn about the elementary instrumental music program during a live-stream instrument demonstration performed by the Perkiomen Valley Instrumental Music staff with the assistance of some of our high school music students. Students are eligible to participate in the instrumental music program if they are in third (strings only), fourth (strings and/or band) or fifth grade (strings and/or band).
The document below outlines all of the information and links you may need to enroll your child in the Instrumental Music Program for 2022-2023.

If your child needs assistance in choosing an instrument, we encourage you to register to attend Meet the Instrument Night on Wednesday, September 14 at Middle School East, where students will get to come and try out an instrument. Registration for this event is required by Wednesday, September 7 at 3pm to ensure we have enough materials.
You do not need to complete the forms if your child will be playing the same instrument that he/she did last school year.
If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate instrumental music teacher.
