Madison Cares Volunteer Events Wrap Up This Week
Last Friday, we had a fantastic turn out of Kindergarten, 1st, 4th, and 5th graders volunteer to give up their lunch recess to fill duffle bags and decorate cards for foster children at Our Children's Homestead in Naperville. The event for 2nd, 3rd, and half-day Kindergarten takes place today, filling the remainder of 24 duffles to donate. A big thank you to all of the parent volunteers that came in to help, and special shoutout to Mrs. Mical's 5th grade class for offering to set up and organize the donation items! These kids have such big hearts for helping others.

Feedback Wanted: Parent Survey Open Through March 31
Our school community has been invited to complete the Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey. The information you provide will help guide improvement as Madison strives to inspire each student to excel through the education and opportunities provided.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous but crucial. The school will only receive results from the survey when at least 20 percent of parents respond.
Here's how to take the survey:
Go to: https://survey.5-essentials.org/Illinois to take the survey.
Select “Parent Survey.”
You may enter your email address if you would like to receive confirmation of your submission, but it is not required.
Then enter “[DuPage]” into the county field and “Madison” to find our school.
After you enter answers to the questions, please remember to click “submit” once you are done so your responses can be counted.
Please know that your identity and responses will be kept confidential and will not be connected with your child. If you have multiple children who attend Madison, you may complete one survey for each child. However, only one parent per household may submit a survey for a given child. The survey closes on March 31.
