How to stop the growth of bacteria!

If you follow these four simple rules correctly you will never get food poisened!
Clean!
Make sure your workplace and utenciles is cleaned before, between, and after every use! And make sure to WASH YOUR HANDS!
Cook!
Make sure that you cook all meats to the correct temperature! And then make sure that the meat stays 140 or above till its ready to be eaten! Anything below that is the DANGER ZONE
Chill!
Be sure to let all your cold foods chill at a temperature of 40 or below! Anything above that is the DANGER ZONE
Separate!
Make sure the foods are separated at all times! Incluing all the things that the food touchs (cutting boards, knives, utensiles, counters, even when you buy them at the store)!
