Digital Student Info Forms Due November 19th!


We are asking all parents/guardians to complete digital Student Information forms as soon as possible. It is imperative that we have updated contact information on file and signed student forms. Please take 15 minutes to complete your child’s forms for the 21/22 school year in the PowerSchool Registration Student Form portal.


You will need to complete one for each child.

Please complete by November 19th!

  • Lawncrest November 18th
  • All students and staff members who were absent on the original picture day or those who started at MaST II after picture day will need to get their picture taken.
  • Any students who are getting their picture retaken must return the entire purchased package. Retake pictures cannot be taken without the package.

MaST Schools Families,


We are adjusting the plan for our 11/24 half day leading up to Fall Break. All students should report for virtual live instruction for the half day.


K-8th should log in from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

9th - 12th should log in from 7:40 AM - 10:45 AM

Teachers will share information on logging in for the day.
