ELearning Updates!
The eLearning schedule is as follows:
March 25 through April 3 – Continue to work on assigned material and lessons
April 4 through April 13 – Spring Break
April 16 and April 17 – Packet pickup at your school for students without access to digital tools at home. Because schools are closed to the public, these will be the ONLY 2 days that packet pick-up is available.
· April 16: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
· April 17: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Just to reiterate:
Teachers will not be available for questions, etc. during the entire Spring Break. In addition, they won't be available on April 14th or 15th as these are the days they will spend preparing the next set of lessons for the next wave of eLearning. Teacher office hours, etc. will resume on April 16th. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding as we continue to navigate these circumstances.

We ALL count!
The first census was conducted in 1790, and it continues every decade. A “complete count” is important for our state and for York County. Billions of federal dollars (over $675 Billion!) are allocated based on census data and will be allocated for the next 10 years. In 2010, nearly 1 million children under the age of 5 were not counted. This year’s census will be ground-breaking in several ways, but mainly for the additional ways that households can complete the census. This year, a household will be able to complete the census online or via telephone in addition to the traditional mail options. The online and phone options will hopefully make completion more convenient for all involved and result in a more accurate count. In mid-March, homes across the country will begin receiving invitations to complete the 2020 census. Once your invitation arrives, you should respond for your home either online, by phone, or by mail. Watch for more information as we approach Census Day on April 1, 2020! Have a Wonderful Week and a lovely Spring Break!
