Olympic Freestyle Team Memebers

The U.S ski and snowboard association has chosen nine freestyle competitors to participate in the Winter Olympic Games. Patrick Deneen and Bradley Wilson were selected for men's moguls skiing. Hannah Kearney, Heidi Kloser, Heather McPhie, and Eliza Outtrim were chosen for women's moguls. Mac Bohonnon was selected for men's aerial. For the women's aerial Ashley Caldwell and Emily Cook will compete. This is a very diverse group skiers. Five members completed in past Olympics; Hannah Kearney and Patrick Deeneen are two veteran champions were as Mac Bohonnon is a rookie of the group. Each member brings something special to the team.

Kloser was raised in the mountain with her father who also had experience in moguls. Skiing has been her since a child and she was in her first competition at the age seven. She was in the World Cup season in 2010 which she was in 4 top 15 finishes. She won the FIS World Cup women's moguls Rookie of the year title. She has been in 3 World Cup top 10 finishes and received a bronze metal in duals at U.S Championships.

This year she was selected to participate in the Olympic Winter Games. Due to a leg injury during a warm up, she had to pull out of the Olympic.
