Digital tool- Padlet

I started using Padlet with my book club groups last week and we have loved it so far! I think of it as a digital bulletin board where we can post our questions, reactions, and general comments as we're reading.

It's free to sign up and once I create a Padlet board I post the link to my Canvas course for students to access. Below are some examples of how I've used it with students.

Follow this link to explore it:

Book of the Week- Reader's Theater Scripts

We have several of Reader's Theater kits! The categories include: Historical Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery, and Adventure. The OCCT has some questions that require students to read a play format, so these would be great practice!

Is your class discussing the election?

PebbleGo now has biography articles on Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. These might be a great jumping-off point to use to discuss the upcoming election!
