Hallowe'en

We are looking forward to some fun Hallowe'en activities, including the Monster-Mash Dance-A-Thon on Friday! Here are a few reminders about student safety and costumes:

-Costumes must not include swords, knives, or toy guns.

-Costumes should be considerate and respectful of other cultures and not reinforce stereotypes.

-Regular ear-loop masks must be worn in addition to costume masks.

-Students need to be able to see out of their costume masks.

-Due to COVID-19 protocols, families are reminded not to send in treats.

Thank you to our Parent Council, who will be providing Hallowe'en treat bags again this year!

A Reminder About Types of Masks That Can Be Worn At School

Students need to wear masks with ear loops (no neck gators). They should also bring extra masks to school each day.

Reminder About Sending Water Bottles To School With Your Student

We have many students each day who come to school without water. Our water fountains function only for water bottles at this time due to COVID-19 protocols.

We would appreciate your support in reminding your student to bring a water bottle to school each day. This prevents us from having to hand out disposable cups and ensures your student stays hydrated throughout the day.

Next Parent Council Meeting

The next virtual Parent Council meeting is on Monday, November 8th at 6:30 p.m. Please contact the school if you would like to attend.
