PBIS - Show the Dragon Way

Our Grewenow students are reminded every day to show the Dragon Way which means to be responsible, respectful, and safe at school. Every staff members shares with students what The Dragon Way looks, sounds, and feels like in different locations of our school which will then prepare them for the different environments they encounter in the community

As a part of that community, we ask that families help guide your students to use these skills at home/outside of school.

  • Take time to talk about responsibility, respectfulness, and safety with your student
  • Make it clear to your child(ren) how they can help out at home (responsible)
  • Review your values for how family members treat each other (respect)
  • Work together to clean up and use household appliances correctly (safe)

It's easy for adults to assume children know how to speak or act in a situation, but if we don't talk with them about it or model it, how will they know?

Show that Dragon Way!
