Remember that staff members that participate, get a free meal that evening and a gift card for later. It's also a lot of fun and the students love seeing you there!

Periscope Update

While the district encourages and supports teachers and campuses using social media, the live streaming app, Periscope, is one that they are not yet ready to use. We need to be understanding of parent and internet safety concerns, and Periscope is one social media tool they are not yet able to support. If any of you are using Periscope as a method to inform parents of what is happening in the classroom, they ask that you refrain from using it and instead post the videos to a private YouTube Channel where the only way to view a video is by sharing a link. If you have any further questions about acceptable use of teacher/campus social media channels, please contact me.

2016 Summer Enrichment Program

Are you interested in applying to teach a session in the 2016 Summer Enrichment program? For more information, please contact Cindy Pearson.

A Few CES Reminders:

  • Don't forget that our next "Visit for Growth and Development" is due by February 19
  • Check in with your PLP Accountability Partner and update PLP's.
  • For your newsletters: Please remind parents that the month of February is the only time to order yearbooks through PTA, and that all orders are online only.
  • Dress Code Reminders: Please remember that if you wear tight fitting pants/leggings, that you also need to wear a shirt/dress at an appropriate length to meet dress code requirements. We want to make sure we are dressed professionally at all times. If you ever have any questions about a particular item, please come see me!

Remember you only have one ride through life, so give it all you got and enjoy the ride.
