Fun Day and Long Weekend

We are culminating a great week with a fun day here run by our Student Council. Please enjoy the long weekend and we are ready for the final 12 days of school.

Success!

Thank you parents who helped make the 8th Grade End of the Year Dance a big hit. The gym looked great, there was more food than one could ever eat and the kids had a blast.

Vaccinations

Prior to entering the 7th Grade, all students must provide a copy of a current physical (signed by an MD and dated within one year) and proof of the following immunizations: 1 dose of tdap, 2 doses of MMR, 2 doses of Varicella and 3 doses of Hepatitis B. Each time your child receives an immunization or has his or her yearly physical exam, please send a copy to the health office to keep your child’s file up to date.

International Students

$400 a month to host an international student!

We are looking for loving host families to host students that will be coming from Spain (a male-10th grade and a female 11th grade) to attend Tyngsborough High School for the 2019-20 school year. Each student comes with their own spending money and health insurance. We ask the host family to provide a bedroom/place to study and three meals per day. Any meals eaten outside the home are covered by the student. There is a local person in the community that supports the student and the host family. It is a wonderful way to bring a great cultural exchange within your own family. Please contact Cheryl Da Silva, PSE Regional Manager for Massachusetts for more information. cdasilva@pse-edu.org or 617 710 5700
