Tip of the Week- Cool updates to Google
1- You can now attach a file in Google forms! WOW!
2- Smart forms- forms will try to suggest answer choices based on common questions (for example, if you type in "What day of the week" it will automatically suggest Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday etc as response options so you don't have to type it all out!)
3- Google Explore- Another smart feature, this is something you can open that will give you help and suggestions about what you are doing. In Google sheets for example, it can help you find a formula you need or figure out how to make a graph. In Docs it can help by suggesting relevant images and sources. For example, if I type in "Once upon a time there lived three brown bears" and open Explore, a pane will pop open with pictures of brown bears, web sites about brown bears and further research. Here is some more info about Explore.
4- Action Items- You will now be able to assign things to certain people to take care of. It works inside the comment feature. You make a comment and simply type in +and the email address of the person you want to do something, then you explain in the comment what you want them to do.
You can see quick animated gifs of these in action and read more about how they work here from the source! Good stuff!
