Living Smart
Week Four
Water and Living Simply
Hi Everyone,
Happy World Environment Day today! Hopefully you are having a great week!
Thanks to everyone who came this week to learn about water and living simply.
It was great to hear your suggestions for living simply and the insights you've had from the course so far.
This coming week we are covering Healthy You for the whole session. It's not all about eating kale and going for runs, so come with an open mind as we look a bit deeper into healthy you and sustainability.
We are also doing a hands on session making our own toothpaste, deodorant, and a great cleaning product! Please bring two small jars for toothpaste and deodorant, a medium size jar for the cleaning product! To cover the ingredients I will be asking for a gold coin for each product you make.
See you Next week.
Cheers,
Jamie
