Sophomore iPad Distribution Days

Your son or daughter will turn in his/her iPad before leaving school for summer break. With that being said, I need to let you know when we will handout iPads before school starts.

We will meet July 31 - August 2 from 12:30 pm - 3 pm. During this time we will distribute iPads, install apps, review the iPad Student Pledge and the Acceptable Use Policy, install textbooks, and review organization and note taking strategies.

For the 2013-2014 school year, we are changing the way we manage apps on the iPads. Currently, each iPad juggles two (2) Apple ID's. For your student, this meant that when we handed out iPads last August, they came loaded with apps necessary for school, but students have also added apps associated with their own Apple ID. Next year, all apps will be associated with the student's individual Apple ID. As a result, we'll have to install all necessary apps before school starts.
