Why Fats are the Most Essential Nutrient
Fats are the most essential nutrient, because it is a source of energy and they help you absorb vitamins. Fat also fills fat cells and insulates your body to keep you warm and to protect your internal organs. Fats keep your skin and hair healthy. Fats also give your body essential fatty acids, like linoleic and linoleic acid. Your body uses those acids for brain development, controlling inflamation, and blood clotting.
