Its just a number.....LOVE yourself!

How many of you, when starting a diet, weigh yourself daily?? You get on the scale one morning and you are down two pounds. You get up the next morning only to find that you are back up to where you were! Its depressing!

My advice to you....DITCH THE SCALE!

When I started to get serious about my health and fitness I did this very same thing! But ended up gaining 10 pounds! I was happier, healthier and leaner! I felt great! In fact, my jeans felt better 10 pounds heavier than they did when I was 10 pounds lighter!

Its just a number!!!! All that matters, is how you feel! The scale can be so misleading and not identifying the progress that is actually being made. Take measurements, take before and after photos, measure the feeling!

Love yourself and how you were wonderfully made! Its not about being skinny, its about being healthy and loving life!

So ditch it.... DEAL???
