Ziegfeld Florenz, American Producer
Ziegfeld was born on March 21, 1807 in Chicago Illinois. Ziegfeld hated school growing up, and was sent off to a brief stint at a Wyoming cattle ranch. Ziegfeld presented annually from 1907-1927. Much of his work became motion pictures like Marion Davis, 1 Rene D Unite, and Paul Goddard. One of Ziegfeld's productions called the follies really caught people attention.The follies modeled sedimentary, pageantry, and comedy which was in style for 23 years. He died on July 22, 1932. After his time, he was seen as the most influential producer in the history of the Broadway musical.
