Junk food is not good for you because less Calories and we need calories in our body, we can eat junk food a little bit but not too much because you are going to get unhealthier
And junk foods mostly have fat and sugars .Junk food is very unheathly that if you eat to much, you can get. Severe. Illness.
Heathly foods
Healthy foods are good for you. They give you energy and they are good for your body. There are 4 types of food groups. Fruits and vegetables, grains, protein and dairy. Junk food is another type of food group. But it is bad for you. All the sugar in junk food can make you get various diseases.
Unhealthy restaurants
Tim Hortons has lots of junk food. It is OK to eat at once in a while, though. It's not only Tim Hortons that is unhealthy for you, Mcdonalds, Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell and many other fast food restaurants are unhealthy!
Healthy foods to eat
Some healthy foods we could eat are: apples, berries, watermelon, cucumbers, carrots, lemon, salads, oranges, 100% fruit juice and more. Tim Hortons has healthy foods too. Like: muffins, chilly and more.
How many servings each day?
Everyone that is 9 should 6 servings of vegetables and fruits. We should have 6 servings of grains everyday .We should have 3-4 servings of milk and alternatives . And we should have 1-2 servings of meat and alternatives .
