Copyright
copyright is the right for the publisher to modify his/her document, along with others.
Public Domain
Public Domain is when documents aren't protected by copyright law because of three reasons:
1) It has expired
2) Work was created with public money
3) Donated to public domain
For example, classic literature and music can be copied as much as you want.
Freeware
Freeware is when copyrighted work that can be shared and used for free.
For example, iTunes, Safari, and Google Chrome can all be used for free.
Shareware
Shareware is copyrighted work that you can modify, but only for a certain time. If you want the full thing, you must pay for it.
For example, you can get a lite app, or an app that is not at it's best for free. You can also get a free trail for theses kinds of apps.
All Rights Reserved
All Rights Reserved is software that allows only the purchaser to use it (full control of app).
For example, you get Flappy Bird, and it will save all of your scores.
Open Source
Open Source is software that includes the source code with the idea that someone can improve it.
For example, Google Chrome is always changing because people can modify it to make it better.
