If you want to improve the way you look and think in regards to health and fitness, there is no better time to start a program with So-Fit Personal Training.

Whether you want to gain strength, tone up, lose weight, or improve fitness; I can help you reach your fitness goals with my new summer programs and personal training deals. By training at Gymea Bay Fitness, you will have access to all the equipment and facilities, without any membership fees or lock in contracts. Gymea Bay Fitness is open 5.30am-9pm (weekdays) and 7.30am-6pm (weekends) allowing great flexibility to suit any lifestyle.

I'm also happy to run group sessions of up to 4 people. Training with friends or family is fun, boosts motivation (especially if you’re competitive!) and creates a support network which is essential when trying to achieve goals. Partners, children, parents, siblings, friends; anyone can do it!

Pricing

· Fitness assessment/consultation (30-45 minutes): $65

· ½ hour session: $50

· 45 minute session: $65

· 1 hour session: $75

· Group session: price will vary depending on duration and number of participants

As part of my summer special, you will get a free fitness assessment (valued at $65) when you purchase 5 or more sessions with me. This assessment includes an initial fitness test, a consultation to discuss your short/long term goals and a program that is personalised to you and your lifestyle. On top of this, if you buy 10 or more sessions, you will get 15% off the total price. This offer is only valid in December and January so be quick! **sessions may be bought in advance and used at a later time.
