Senior Schedule Reduction Option (repeat)
For the last two years, Adams 12 allowed seniors who qualified to reduce their 2nd semester schedule. This was a temporary change in policy given the impact of the pandemic. We are going to provide this same opportunity to seniors for the 2022-23 school year.
This document Senior Schedule Reduction Criteria explains the requirements for seniors requesting a schedule reduction. Please review this carefully as a family. If your senior meets the criteria and would like to apply for a schedule reduction, please complete this form ( Request Form ) by tomorrow, December 13 . Counselors will review the request to determine whether or not your student qualifies.
If approved, senior schedule reductions will take place prior to Winter Break for students with C’s or higher at that time in all classes; schedule reductions for other students will take place the first week in January. No schedule reductions will be made after January 9.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your student’s counselor.
