RECOGNIZE--ACKNOWLEDGE--EXTEND
Families,
Would you like to recognize a Benson Primary School employee for their efforts? We are so grateful for them. I'd like to recognize the efforts of our school community and encourage you to do the same. Please use this survey that will be available on all of our monthly newsletters to do so. Highlights monthly will be shared with the employee and with their permission--shared in the next month's newsletter.
Andrea Brand & Jessica Therriault, Benson secretaries: These two amazing ladies have done it all!! Their first year at Benson Primary was an interesting year, with everyone wearing masks. Yet they can still identify parents and students through that little camera outside. An email is always quickly answered and we can’t forget their amazing ability organize and deliver all those special lunches on the last day of school last year. Thank you for all you do!
We look forward to seeing your students in 2022 (First day back is Thursday, January 6th)
IPTO newsletter for December

Families,
The information directly below is being printed and will be handed out to families as they drop off or pick up their students daily. We want to keep all of you safe and hope you can inform any of your family members (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) who may also help you drop off/pick up your students

**Parents: stay with your car and allow your student to walk up to their entry door independently--we promise they can do it!
**Please do not leave your car unattended in front of school during morning student drop off--parents stay with vehicles
**Please have your child exit your vehicle on the curbside, not the streetside.
**If you need to cross Washington Street please cross at our crosswalks east or west of school--we have supervisors to help
