November 2016 Minutes for Moms
Message from the President
Welcome November! I love this month. November is peaceful and reflective - the calm before the craziness of December rushes into our lives. We are still watching our kids crunch leaves beneath their feet. Sweaters, scarves, and boots are keeping us cozy and we're not quite ready to dig out wintery coats just yet. We are still enjoying our pumpkin spice lattes and our kids still have a stash of Halloween candy.
As we soak up the last hurrah of autumn we find ourselves celebrating Thanksgiving once again. How do you teach your children about gratitude and thankfulness? Do you include it in your everyday routines or do you often forget about it in the hustle and bustle of your daily life only to rediscover its importance each November? I hope you find that you have a lot to be thankful for - tiny, everyday moments and important, big things.
Happy Thanksgiving, friends! Enjoy!
