Beginning SATURDAY, JANUARY 16, 2021, the following is in effect:
Hosting virtual meetings and events is preferred
If activities are critical/essential and are in-person, they must be education-focused
Group cannot be larger than 50 people, including adults, youth, presenters, etc.
This directive is dependent on local health department guidelines.
The group size may need to be reduced to 10 (or other amount), based on directives from your local health department.
Face masks are required inside and outside at all times
Potlucks and buffets are not permitted
Warren County Extension Office
OSU Extension offices will be open based on the current Ohio Public Health Advisory System. If a county is purple or approaching purple, OSU Extension offices will be closed and employees will be working virtually. If a county is red, OSU Extension offices will be staffed by appointment only.
Warren County is currently “Red” so our office is open by appointment only. You must call our office at 513-695-1311 prior to arriving. If you would like to make an appointment with a certain staff member, please send an email. All emails can be found at https://warren.osu.edu/about/staff.
Papers can be dropped off in the mailbox outside our office door from 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday without an appointment.
Warren County Fair Logo Contest
Warren County Fair is looking for a new logo and needs your help!
Contest Guidelines:
Design that represents The Warren County Fair to the public.
Logo will be used on all print and social media advertising/marketing.
Logo will be used on the front of the fair t-shirt’s Senior Fair hands out with sponsors on the back of the shirt.
Design needs to be clear and precise, Not too intricate.
Must include name, dates (July19th-24th, 2021), and hashtag #myWCFair
Design will be suitable for one and or two-color print.
Submit in a pdf or jpeg format by February 5th, 2021.
Prize:
$45 gift certificate to a local retailer if your design is the one chosen.

Teen Leadership In Action Workshop
Ohio 4-H Conference
The 2021 Virtual Ohio 4-H Conference will bring together 4-H volunteers and teens (age 13 and older) from across Ohio. You can participate in a variety of educational sessions that offer something for everyone! Join us as we learn from one another to make the best better for Ohio 4-H programs.
Virtual sessions will start at 9:00 am on February 20 and 7:00 pm on February 23 & 25.
Information & Registration can be found at www.go.osu.edu/2021O4HC. Registration deadline is Friday, February 12 at 5pm.
2021 4-H Project Book Orders
- Club Order. Orders can be placed as a bulk club order to the extension office like they have been in years past. This would need to be coordinated by a club advisor.
- Buy one online. You as families can order directly from extensionpubs.osu.edu. Ohio residents receive free shipping on orders of $20 or more with the coupon FREE2021. See the printable Ordering Is Easy instructions. Please review your order carefully. Extension Publishing is not able to accept returns.
- Download one. Several books have been made into a digital format and can be downloaded from ohio4h.org/stayathomeproject
