Lucy's Library Blast
March 5, 2018
March Madness Book Bracketology
For the month of March, we are conducting our own book tournament. Sixteen books have been chosen for students to choose from as their favorite from each bracket during the 4 weeks. With each week, the choices becoming narrower culminating in the champion book. We have a display in the library where students can examine the books and make their choices. They do not have to have read the books. They can make their choices based on the description in the book, the cover, and by reading parts or all of the books.
The students will choose their favorites and input their choices into a google form on iPads. We will display the top choices each week. The list of books is below. The books were chosen from this year's Battle of the Books selection. Stop by and check it out the display each week. These are all excellent books and you might consider them for classroom reads in the future.
Winners!
The top homeroom for circulation for February is Ms Henson's. They have earned an hour of tech fun.
The top reader in the Reading Log for February is Maddie Mabry. She has earned an Amazon gift card.
