Connect with Voicethread
Connect students in class or across the world.
"Conversations in the Cloud"
Voicethread.com is a web service (and iOS app) that lets you upload media and talk about it. Comments can be made at any time with video, voice and text recording. It is like having an asychronous video conference. By using Voicethread, you can create a virtual chat room for your students or you can connect with anyone around the world.
Here are some examples of how Voicethread is being used in FSL classes:
It is free to comment on a Voicethread (although you have to sign up for an account first). Free accounts can create up to five Voicethreads with up to 50 slides each. However, you can request a slightly upgraded free account if you are an educator.
