Football Comes Together With FZW To Support Parent Battling Cancer
On Friday night following the post-game handshake the Howell and Fort Zumwalt West players came together to unite as one group on the H at midfield to recognize a parent of the Fort Zumwalt West football family. Brian Froneyberger, the father of Gage Froneyberger a football player at Fort Zumwalt West High School, was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and is continuing his fight against this terrible disease. The Francis Howell Viking Football Team and community continues to keep Gage and his father Brian in our thoughts during this tough time. Thank you to our Howell players and to the Fort Zumwalt West players for coming together in a great show of support for something much larger than football.
