Regular Meeting
Construction Update on Veterans Memorial Elementary School
Senior Project Manager of Alvin H. Butz, Rob Avitabile, gave an update on the Veterans Memorial School with photos. The project is moving along on schedule and slated to open in the fall of 2020. Road work at the Schantz Rd. intersection will be bid in the fall with road improvements that include the widening of Schantz Rd., a turning lane and traffic light, occurring in spring/summer of 2020. The intersection of Twin Ponds and Arrowhead Lane will be lined up to form a straight intersection.

Schnecksville Elementary Bus Bay Conversion to Four Classrooms
Rob continued to review the conversion of the Blake Shuttle garage into four classrooms at Schnecksville Elementary which began in June and will be finished up in time for the start of school.

State of the College LCCC Report
PSBA Legislative Advisory Council Report
Bob Bold reported that there are 8 pieces of legislation on property tax relief being reviewed by various legislative committees.
Education Foundation
Neffs National Bank gave a $20,000 EITC gift to the Foundation in July.
There will be a Foundation Tailgate event on Sept 27 at the football game vs. Nazareth. Tickets are $30 pp or $50 per couple.
The MG Car Raffle is doing really well - to date it's raised more than $13,000. It will be raffled off on Nov 21 during the Harlem Wizards game.
