We can hardly believe it's already November. We are moving into the 2nd quarter and if you thought we were busy 1st quarter, it's about to get even busier. Don't worry though, there will be lots of fun mixed in between.

What a special treat!!!

Papa Murphy's has donated an overwhelming amount of FREE Personal Mini Pizza Coupons. If that weren't enough they also donated FREE Large Pizza Coupons.

Businesses such as Papa Murphy's ensures events like Trick-or-Treat Town and other events to include variety of special prizes for students.

Make sure to turn in your permission slip as soon as possible. Students will meet 1 time per week, on Tuesdays, during lunch to practice and prepare for competition.

This contest encourages children ages 11-13 to creatively express what peace means to them.

We had so many students out on picture day in October. Thank goodness we get another chance.

If your student did not have their picture taken or you just want to get another picture taken all together, picture retake day is coming.

Don't miss out on Family BINGO Night!!!

5:30 at Klatt Elementary.

Starting sometime in the last week of November.

Current plan: practices/games Tuesday and Fridays, after school

2nd grade screening will take place.

Screeners will take about an hour. There are 3 sections and students will work on each section at the same time. Chromebooks and headphones will be required. Please make sure your child has a good book they can read, should they finish a section early

Post screeners and IGNITE referrals for grades 3-6 will take place.

2nd graders who scored above the 70%ile or above will be offered an opportunity to complete the full CogAT. Students grades 3-6, who have been referred by their teachers, will be tested the same day. Referrals are based on benchmark testing such as M-class, MAP Testing and classroom test scores.

Please remember, these pieces will be cleaned and sent to the women's shelter next week. Make sure to collect them, as soon as possible.
