What does it mean if I can hear the Chromebook running but there is not picture? This could be something to do with the video cord or it could be asleep. First, click on the power button or press a key. If that does not work turn the Chromebook off and back on using the power button. If this does not work, contact the tech help line.
What happens if I am unable to login to the Chromebook? Retype your username and password, make sure you are using a lowercase s, make sure you are using a gcps1 email address. If you still can not log in join the ITRT help session or call the tech help line..
