Overview of Holocaust

The Holocaust happened between 1933-1945. Where a group of German Nazi soldiers drived to extinct the population of the Jews in Germany. Near the end of the Holocaust more than 11 million Jews and non Jews died.

Definition/Background Information

Dachau was the first permanent concentration camp. It became the model for other concentration camps. Opened on March 22, 1933. At least 28,000 died or murdered, and 32,000 starving prisoners were found.

Where did they get their weapon to kill the Jews?

prisoners build weapons for the Nazi regime in a Dachau concentration camp factories in 1943. Those who worked in these factories would smuggle parts of raw materials and would make belts, shoes, and other items
