What is a PLC (Professional Learning Community)?

A PLC is a supportive network of teachers who come together to discuss and share ideas. It is a learning opportunity to foster collaborative learning among colleagues. Together, we can learn from one another in order to create a more effective classroom.

Grade 4A Classroom (Miss Leah)

This PLC will focus on Classroom Management. Throughout the PLC, we will discuss strategies for getting students' attention, keeping students engaged, and problem-solve disruptive behavior. A PLC is needs-based, so the workshops and discussions will be created around your individual goals.
