QUATAR IS LOCATED IN ASIA
The majority of the country consists of low-lying, sand-covered, rocky plains. It was once one of the poorest Gulf states, & is now one of the richest countries in the region, due to large oil and gas fields that started in the 1940s.
CULTURE
Qatar is a traditional country that is experiencing rapid social changes. It is important to Qatar to maintain its heritage and the modern appearance . Foreign visitors are expected to dress in style that is similar to the Islamic culture, and to seek permission before taking photographs of people or public places. Qatari national men wear a thobe, a long white shirt over loose pants. Qatari national women wear a black headdress called a shayla, their body with a long black dress. The official language is Arabic, but Urdu, the language of Pakistan, is also spoken and English is increasingly becoming the chosen language for business situations.
HISTORY OF QATAR
Archaeological artefacts and inscriptions indicate the first signs of human habitation in the Qatar Peninsula dated back between 10 000 - 8000 BC.Evidence of Qatar’s ancient nomadic history can be traced to the 1st Century CE by Pilny, the natural philosopher, who described the nomadic tribe as the “Catherrie”.

Art is a diverse human activity. They include the production of art. Art is basically anything that you see and can draw. Example trees, cats, dogs, etc photography or person place or thing.

Geography
Qatar boarders around the Persian gulf. Qatar occupies 11,437 square kilometers on the peninsula.The land is mainly flat and its highest point is 103 meters and rocky. Qatar shares its land boarders with Saudi Arabia. Dora is the capital of their country.
