I enjoy playing volleyball for Adversity Volleyball Club and Merton School. It makes me happy and it is a good stress reliever.


I love to play tennis with my family and friends because I feel happy and less stressed.

Vegetables are one my favorite foods to eat during snacks and meals. Vegetables have many Vitamins and minerals. They also contain important nutrients necessary for healthy hair and skin as well. You should comsume 3 to 5 servings of vegetables daily.


Fruits are delicious and healthy for you. They are generally high in fiber, water, vitamin C and sugars. Regular consumption of fruit can reduce risks of cancer, cardiovascular disease and strokes. You should consume 3 to 5 servings of fruit per day.
