Importance of Self-Reporting

As you were all notified, we have joined almost every other school in this new normal as we have now had our first COVID positive individual on campus. Thankfully this family reached out immediately regarding their student's exposure and followed up with information regarding the student's positive test result. This occurrence has initiated the quarantining of several staff members and numerous students to help mitigate any additional exposure within our Franklin family. As I communicated to my staff this week, I hope we will all take this as an opportunity to renew our vigilance in following social distancing and hand washing protocols both while we are at school and outside of school. Additionally, this occurrence highlights the importance of Self-Reporting. It is the responsibility of every member of our Franklin family to utilize our self-reporting form at https://tinyurl.com/FAPBGSelfReport to immediately report any COVID-19 exposure of a student or staff member. Once received, admin will reach out with next steps for your situation. If you are ever unsure of how to proceed regarding potential COVID exposure or infection, please keep your student home and contact your doctor immediately.

This form is to be used by Franklin Academy staff, parents, students, vendors, volunteers and other community members. Self-isolation would be associated with exposure to someone with actual COVID-19 or having a positive test result.

Breakfast and Lunch Menu

Our cold lunch all week will be a Nacho craftable.

MONDAY: Cereal - Grilled cheese sandwich with baked beans

TUESDAY: Chocolate chip muffin - Crispy chicken sandwich with black beans

WEDNESDAY: Strawberry pop-tart - Cheesy breadsticks with green beans

THURSDAY: Yogurt and graham crackers - Chicken tenders with corn

FRIDAY: Cereal - Thanksgiving lunch( turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, biscuit, and pumpkin pie pudding)

Middle School students will now be able to purchase snacks if they have funds on their account.
