News and Notes
Good Afternoon,
While this week was most certainly not typical, I am hopeful that you were spared by any storm troubles, power outages, etc. Cancellation of school and/or activities is not an event that is taken lightly as a multitude of factors must always be considered and weather especially hurricanes always seem to have a mind of their own and not as predictable as other weather events. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday, October 3.
The month of October brings Advisor/Advisee Conferences for our 10th and 12th grade students. Be on the lookout for communication from your child's advisor; this is an opportunity that you will want to engage in as a parent to ensure your child is on track with regards to HS credits, engaged in activities, doing well in their current classes, etc.
Please mark your calendars for Fall Break ahead which will occur October 10th-October 11th;. Following Fall Break is our Annual PSAT/Digital Learning Day. For those of you new to RHHS, this day is a digital learning day for Juniors (Not Taking PSAT) and Seniors; while our 9th grade students will be engaged in advisement activities to include Child Safety Matters Curriculum (MBF) and 10th Graders will be taking the PSAT.
Should you ever have questions, comments, ideas or critique; please reach out to us directly at RHHS or submit your information at the Heard on The Hill Form located at the bottom of the page.
Have a restful and relaxing weekend!
See ya, love ya, bye!
