On PLC Fire!
One of the best things I heard this week was in one of Anthony Muhammad session in San Antonio about creating a positive culture and how it is done. He believes many leaders think this is done through having fun socials and feeding your teachers but true culture is built by giving teachers a clear Vision/Mission about the campuses purpose and ensuring all teachers are successful. When this occurs campus will grow and students will be successful.
I'm looking forward to going through our PLC journey together. The best is yet to come for Hackberry!
Keep Howling!
