Week 5 UPDATES...
In just over 1 month the curtain will rise on our production so expect things to really begin to move swiftly. This Friday all student bios and shout-outs are due (see additional information on each of these below). This deadline is crucial to making sure everything gets through the editing process and into the program. In addition many volunteers should have received information on their responsibilities by now (if not, please contact me). We have been blessed with a great number of volunteers and we don't want to miss anyone. Homework tables continue to be "well-populated."
We are still accepting sponsors for our show! Remember these can be from businesses, parents, friends - yes, even the family dog! The form can still be found below, posted in Schoology and there are some hard copies in my office as well.
Finally - and super-duper important - this week TICKETS GO ON SALE!!!! See the details below!

SHOW TICKETS...
TICKETS GO ON SALE THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!
This year tickets will be sold online through a site known as showtix4U. Online ticket sales means you choose the seats you want and allows you payment options. Parents of high school students in the production (yes if you are reading this - it means YOU) will have the opportunity to come to ELCO High School THIS WEEK on February 4, 5 & 6 to purchase tickets prior to them going public on Friday February 7. The music tech lab will be open from 4-7PM THIS Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for you to order and print your tickets. You will also be able to order your Dinner & A Show tickets through the same website. Please enter at door #28 (also known as the "band door") and someone will greet and guide you through the process.
Once tickets go public there will be a link on the district website for easy access for you, your friends, your co-workers, that guy who bags your groceries, etc to purchase their tickets for the show.
Tickets will also be available at the ticket booth in the lobby 1 hour prior to each performance.
TICKET PRICES: Adults-$12.00 / Students & Senior Citizens-$8.00

There are also 3 Saturday rehearsals this month:
February 15 from 9-3 - ACT 1
February 22 from 9-3 - ACT 2
February 29 from 9-4 - Entire Show with Pit Orchestra from noon-4
