A Message from Mrs. Inman
Dear Rock Ledge Primary Families,
As we approach the holiday season I am reminded of the art of giving. Children learn at a young age the art of giving through watching their parents/guardians, brothers and sisters, grandparents, teachers and other special people in their lives engage in kindness and care for each other. Wishing you every happiness this Holiday Season and throughout the coming year!
Sincerely,
Jamie Inman, Principal

Plan Changes in Pick Up Patrol
If you need to make plan changes in Pick Up Patrol, such as picking your child up early from school, please see the below attachment to help make that easier for you. To pick your child up early you would select "early dismissal" select the time your child will be leaving and who will be picking them up. By doing this you will not need to call ahead or send a note with your child to school If you have any questions please feel free to email lklawiter@seymour.k12.wi.us.
Rock Ledge Primary Center GivingTree
Rock Ledge is proud to have a Giving Tree to collect items for Community 2000. We will be collecting hygiene items to be donated to Community 2000 to help support the local needs of our community. Donations can be brought in starting Monday, Dec 4th and placed under the Giving Tree which will be located outside the Rock Ledge Primary Center library. Please see the below attachment for donation ideas.
SCS Community Giving Tree
This year we will be helping our students in need by having two Giving Tees in our community, they are located at Don's Quality Market in Seymour and Sal's Foods in Black Creek. Community members can pick an ornament off a tree and donate items for students in our district. Please help our Seymour families in need by visiting one of these local businesses and picking an ornament for a local student and help make their holidays a little brighter. Donations should be unwrapped and be dropped off at Seymour Middle School. Any questions, please call Jeanna Zuelke at 920-833-7199 ext 363.
Brrrrr...It's Cold Outside
Please make sure your child is dressed for the cold weather when they leave the house to come to school. If the temperatures are above zero with the wind chill, students will be going outside for recess. Hat, gloves/mittens, snow pants, jacket, and snow boots are necessary. Without snow boots and snow pants students will not be allowed to play in the snow and will be expected to stay on the blacktop for recess. Please make sure you label your child's snow gear, there are a lot of black snowpants and gloves in the school! If you need any assistance with getting snow clothes for your child, please contact our school social worker, Jeanna Zuelke at 920-833-5155, Extension 363 or contact your child's teacher.
