Early Learners Highlights
March 11, 2022
Dear Early Learners Families,
It brightens every day to see the happy faces and hear the laughter of your children, not to mention watching them learn and grow in leaps and bounds! Report cards went home today so that you, too, can celebrate the growth of your student. As always, if you ever have any questions related to your child’s growth, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher.
It's going to be a busy week around here next week as we finally take our "trip" to Hawaii. Can't wait to share the journey with you in next week's update!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Janet
What's Happening in Early Learners?
This week we continued our learning on travel and Hawaii. Students learned different facts about Hawaii and things to do or see there, such as seeing the volcanoes or swimming in the ocean! Some classrooms built life size models of volcanoes or airplanes to put into dramatic play as we get ready for our big trip to Hawaii. We are learning about different modes of transportation and what to do in an airport.
While we were focusing on all things travel our sneaky Leprechaun snuck into our classrooms! The students are so curious about how the Leprechaun got into the building! We are working on building traps to try and catch him. We can't wait to see what other sneaky things the Leprechaun will do next week!
