Rose Hill Rambler

Happy Summer!!!!

Wow! What a year! Students have grown and learned so much. We are grateful for a year with mostly uninterrupted learning! Fun has been sprinkled throughout as well :)

In this newsletter, you will find pictures from our indoor Field Day as well as some helpful hints and tips for supporting your learner over the summer and preparing them for success in the fall.

As a staff we want to say a giant THANK YOU! This year would not have been possible without your support and partnership. Staff will be away from the building through the months of June and July. Ms. Brock and Mrs. Fehr will return the first week in August with the rest of the staff returning the following week. If you are moving or transferring schools and need help over the summer, please contact Student Placement at (531)299-0302.

With one more day of school on Friday, we hope that you have a restful and memorable summer! We look forward to hearing about the many adventures when we come back together again in August. See you soon!

Announcing a Few Retirements

A Note from Ms. Joerger

I wanted to share the news that after 33 years being a teacher and counselor in Omaha Public Schools- I have decided to take early retirement. My four-legged furry sidekick, Cooper, and I are off to new adventures.

The decision to leave Rose Hill has been a difficult one. My years here were filled with special memories. But it’s the relationships I have built with your children that will remain in my heart forever. Watching them grow and change and learn has been such a highlight of my career. I will miss them so much.

Parents, thank you for your support and being part of the Rose Hill Community. I have gotten to know so many of you over the years and indeed all of you, your children and the school staff are all part of making Rose Hill a gem.

I was blessed to be part of this community.

Take Care,

Ms. Joerger
