This month's Billet will be debated on 25 February, 2015. A copy of the Billet can be found on the Guernsey government website - here.
The following is due for debate:
Property
The Parochial Church Property (Guernsey) Law, 2015
This law aims to vest the majority of the rectories of the 10 ancient parishes in Guernsey in the respective Constables of the respective ancient parishes. It also introduces a statutory mechanism for the sale of such rectories.
The Housing ( Control of Occupation) (Fees) (Guernsey) Regulations, 2014
The new fees are deemed to have taken effect from 1 January 2015. A retrospective inclusion of the 2014 fees has also been included in this month's Billet and as such these fees are deemed to have been in force since 1 January 2014 (there being no other increases under this legislation since 2009).

These came into force on 21 November 2014.
The Companies (Recognised Stock Exchanges) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014

The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Amendment of Part XVIA) Regulations, 2014
These amend the date on which recognised auditors must apply to renew their registration with the Registrar. They also amend the definition of "market traded company" by excluding open market investment companies. They came into force on 2 December 2014.
The Companies (Recognition of Auditors) (Renewal of Registration) Regulations, 2014
These state that renewals must be done before the end of September each year. They also came into force on 2 December.
The Charities and Non Profit Organisations (Registration) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Amd) Ordinance, 2014
This amendment introduces some new criminal offences for failing to comply with some of the existing requirements of the law. It also widens the way in which the registrar can provide information to other regulatory bodies outside the Bailiwick and with the Director of Income Tax in Guernsey. It also tidies up the law to deal with other legislation that has recently come into force.
