Staying home when you are sick
Daily home screening
PARENTS/GUARDIANS: Please do not send your student to school if they are exhibiting any of the symptoms listed.
Per our district reopening plan, students are expected to complete a home screening procedure every morning before coming to school. If students have any of the listed symptoms, they must stay home and parents/guardians need to report the illness to the school nurse. Please be specific as to the symptoms that your student is experiencing. If students have had close contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 or the student has traveled out of the country or on a cruise ship, the parent/guardian must contact the school nurse to determine when the student may return to school.
If you have any questions about these procedures, please contact your school nurse.
